Please describe your blog
This is a blog where I want to share and hear about family activities that have to do with the outdoors. Families with kids of all ages are always looking for new ideas on something to do that is fun and allows you to spend time with each other. If we share our experiences with each other that list can be endless.
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I just want to share teh thoughts and help grow our informational website that deals with recreational topics.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
I have started on a free blogger for now while I learn. I plan on having one hosted eventually on my own website, hopefully soon.
What do you blog the most about?
Recreation, outdoors, exercise.
Give five of your best blogging tips.
I really don't have many blogging tips as I am new to the practice. I hope to have some very soon.
What are some things you would NEVER blog about?
Overly private topics and explicit topics.
Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?
I am hoping eventually it will help me make money, but that is not a main concern right now, gaining experience blogging is my top priority.

Do you track RSS feeds and if so, how many do you usually track daily?
I don't yet, but I plan to learn more about RSS feeds and follow several.
Do you use Digg, and why or why not?
Yes. I found out about Digg through my website hosting company and have registered with the site.
Do you use Stumbleupon, and why or why not?
No. I have not heard about it until now.
What promotional techniques work best for you and why?
I have been working with SEO techniques lately to get my webpages rated on the first two pages of google or certain keywords.
If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?
I am not sure, I don't know of enough right now and want to search through several and see what they have to offer.
What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?
None, that I am aware so far.
What are your top five blogging site picks and why?
I only know of a couple inlcuding digg and blogspot.
Have you met anyone offline as a result of your blog?
No.
I did want to know where the best location to find a lot of blogs listed in one place, but I think with your site I may have found that. Are there any other suggestions on how to find blogs?
