The Philippine archipelago is a strategic place between the great China Sea and the Pacific. Hiking to Cerro Hoya

Let's give a little description of the Cerro Hoya National Park.

Located on the Azuero Peninsula, this National Park is a real diamond in the rough.

Difficult to get to due to the lack of infrastructure, the park has to be accessed mainly by hiking trails and long, long walks.

This is a plus for many who go for the sole reason of bird watching, as the park has numerous species of fowls, even rare ones such as the scarlet macaw.
