Ecuador was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its cities Guayaquil and Cuenca but beyond that, what's amazing about this country is the fact that it was able to preserve a lot of its endemic species in its rainforests, most notably in the Galápagos Islands.Other countries should follow suit and start preserving their own rainforests because it is essential in lowering our carbon footprint to curb global warming. If we will not take care of our trees, global warming will get worse and man will suffer the most. Link: Next Stop: Ecuador! (vacation); Ecuador
