We sell fresh fishing bait such as european nightcrawlers and red worms. I offer the best competitive prices and quality amounts of worms. I also give an instructional page on creating your own worm farm!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I would like others to experience the fun of fishing with live bait. This also gives me a way to distribute worms and contribute to the environment as others use red worms for natural composting.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Honestly, this is my first website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
SEO tactics. I researched keywords on google.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
My prices are the best in the region. I specialize and can handle larger orders of up to 100 pounds. Most worm sites only can handle orders of up to 5 pounds
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
This is all new to me, so we will see.

I would try my luck with google adwords.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. The worm farm I used last year shipped over 4500 orders and 12,000 lbs.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Not too much. Time is the biggest headache.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning how to create a website without any help. I've read a lot of books. I'm also juggling college (i'm 22) and lots of homework.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I have a few SEO tools that help me search out quality links.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It's all new. i have no expectations.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
2 months, I want to keep it up for a long time, making a residual income off of my profits.

I'm a college student at Brigham Young University in Utah. I am majoring in marketing and I want to start up internet businesses and travel the world.
I plan on getting my masters at Harvard and pursue a few business ideas until I finally strike it rich!
