Please give us a short summary of your website?
Adventure Sports Spain is what it says. Adventure Sports in Andalucia, Spain. We started with quad bike tours in October 2008 and are slowly adding in more sports as we go i.e. kayaking, skiing, snowboarding
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To build up awareness for the business. It is a necessary tool for sales and marketing nowadays.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is it. My first ever web site! I am learning on the job so to speak and every day I feel like I am climbing mount Everest.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name was based on the principal that it covered all areas we are hoping to offer. We have also got the domain name Adventure Sports International, should we wish to go further afield.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Hard to say at present, only that it is a genuine website, with competitve prices and I am trying to constantly up date it as I go in both English and Spanish. It has been built with alot of hard work and love.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
At presnet to keep it for income but like all things if the right price was offered, I wouldn't say no.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Because we are so young at the moment, this is very hard to quantify.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Employ somebody that knows exactly what they are doing to keep the web site at the top of the search engines, and also to enhance the site so that it is a the top of it's league.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I would hope so, but I would have to take on some help as I am also a working mother. 3 year old children are not indusive to running a huge web site!
What has been your biggest challenge?
My largest challenge has been the learning process required to make a web site from no knowledge what so ever and on very tight budget.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Blogging and finding as many sites to regsiter the company on that I can. I am still learning as I go!
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I ahve run the site for just over 6 months and will endeavour to continue doing so until I am old and cranky! And hopefully alot richer!

As a young company, I am always open to suggestions and advice, so if there is ever anything that somebody can help with, then please do let me know. I am a great believer that critism is a positive attribute if given in good faith.
