Please give us a short summary of your website?

Boating 4x4 Camping is an online store suppling Boating Accessories, 4x4 Accessories, Camping Gear, Fishing Gear & Tackle, Caravan & Camper Accessories and Safety Gear. Our website is more than just a store, you can also check the tide times, weather reports, view and add photos to our many galleries, go onto our forum, read and submit articles and much much more.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I love the outdoors and I wanted to start a business that will give me an income and still allow me to do what I love.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I wanted the name to be simple and descriptive of what the site is all about. Boating 4x4 Camping pretty much says it all.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

There are a lot of fishing sites, camping sites, 4x4 sites, boating sites, etc. but not many sites that combine of these into one business.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goal for this business is to add more and more products and services and continue doing what I love doing and share it with everyone else.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes I beleive I would, I have great suppliers and I have set up the business to allow for expansion.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenge would have to be trying to get the website high in the search rankings without a huge budget

Do you supply to other countries?

We do target Australia but we certainly can and do supply goods to many countries.
